The BSPHO Clinical Trial Day 2026, held on 19 June at the Park Inn Hotel in Leuven, brought together BSPHO members, study coordinators, and pharmacists engaged in clinical research. This annual event serves as a platform for sharing insights on academic studies, presenting interim research findings, and discussing national initiatives.

Highlights of the Clinical Trial Day's Agenda:
- Annual Activity Report: The BSPHO National Coordination Cell (NCC) opened the day with their annual report, followed by an update on the BENCHISTA project (International Benchmarking of Childhood Cancer Survival by Stage), presented by N. Van Damme.
- Leukemia and Lymphoma Updates: The NCC provided an overview of ongoing trials. V. Mondelaers (UZG) presented on Blinatumomab in ALL Together. M. Renard (UZL) introduced Forum 2.0. B. De Moerloose (UZG) shared results from the NOPHO DBH and DB AML01 studies in Belgium and the Netherlands. A. Uyttebroeck (UZL) presented on EsPhALL 2022.
- Study Coordinators Session: A dedicated session covered the NTB Revamp and two additional items, giving coordinators space to align on operational priorities.
- Training Updates: F. Scheele presented on continuous training in pediatric oncology. L. Dedeken (HUDERF) and M. de Ville (CUSL) introduced an online training platform for residents in French-speaking centers.
- CNS Trials: The NCC provided a trial overview. S. Jacobs (UZL) presented on the MEMMAT trial.
- Solid Tumor Studies: Following a trial overview by the NCC, B. De Wilde (UZG) presented on HR-NBL2 and Beacon 2.0. M. de Ville (CUSL) presented on the MyKids study.
- Other Key Topics: B. De Wilde (UZG) provided an update on the INFORM Belgian workflow. L. Kastaneer (BSPHO), S. Jacobs (UZL), and B. De Wilde (UZG) presented on the Be Priority project.
- Closing Remarks: B. De Moerloose (UZG) closed the day before the BSPHO Annual General Assembly.
