BSPHO Clinical Trial Day 2026

The next BSPHO Clinical Trial Day will take place on 19 June 2026. Save the date!

What is the Clinical Trial Day?

The Clinical trial Day is an annual closed event  for BSPHO members, study coordinators and pharmacists. The BSPHO Clinical Trial Day is an opportunity for clinical research professionals to meet, share updates on ongoing and upcoming academic studies, and discuss national projects and other trial-related topics.

Meeting Agenda

The meeting will take place on 19 June from 09:00  to 16:30 at Park Inn Hotel (Martelarenlaan 36, 3010 Leuven).

Please note that there are 2 lunch breaks this year. One for doctors, and another one for study coordinators.

Here's a brief overview of the program:

  • BSPHO NCC activity and trials overview (Leukemia/Lymphoma, CNS, solid tumors)
  • Academic trials updates: Blinatumomab in ALL Together, EsPhALL 2022, NOPHO DBH and DB AML01, HR-NBL2, Beacon 2.0, MEMMAT
  • BENCHISTA project update on international benchmarking of childhood cancer survival by stage
  • Continuous training in Pediatric Oncology
  • Iron overload after pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

The BSPHO Annual General Assembly will take place from 16:55-18:25 (for members only).

Registration

The registration for the BSPHO Clinical Trial Day is now open! You should have already received a personal invitation with the link to register via email. Please indicate if you wish to stay for lunch (including any dietary requirements). The event is free of charge but registration is mandatory (registration closes on 6 June).  

This is a closed meeting limited to BSPHO members linked to a Belgian PHO centre, clinical pharmacists and clinical trial coordinators. If you would like to attend but haven't received the registration email, please contact us.  

Accreditation points are requested for physicians and pharmacists.
