BSPHO Scholarships for International Conference or Training

The BSPHO offers scholarships of up to 1.100€ to support young doctors and researchers working in paediatric haematology and oncology. These scholarships are intended to help cover registration, travel, and accommodation for international conferences or training.

So far this year, 4.200€ in scholarships has been awarded to four young speakers, giving them the opportunity to present their research at an international congress abroad. (You can find photos and experiences of some of this year’s scholarship winners below!)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Under 40 years of age
• Non-staff members
• Fellows in paediatric haematology-oncology or researchers with a relevant project in the field
• Must present an oral presentation or poster at an international meeting or participate in a training course related to haematology, oncology, or immunology
• Recommendation from a BSPHO member (Promotor)

How to Apply:

You can download the application form here. It should be emailed to the BSPHO Office. The BSPHO board will discuss each application and decide about the candidate and the amount of the grant.
