BSPHO calls for stronger centralisation of paediatric oncology care in Belgium, arguing it is essential to improve patient outcomes, sustain research-driven treatment, and maintain Belgium's place in international oncology networks.

Hope4Kids is a joint action bringing together 23 European countries to improve and harmonise paediatric palliative care through evidence-based guidelines, training, pilot programmes, and policy collaboration, ensuring equal, holistic care for all children with life‑limiting conditions.
